Lympid is the regulated infrastructure for tokenized capital markets Lympid is a European Tokenization-as-a-Service company that enables businesses to structure, issue and distribute regulated tokenized securities across the EEA. Through its status as a registered MiFID tied agent in BaFin, Lympid brings together the regulatory, legal and technological infrastructure required to launch investment products. This includes securities structuring and issuance. Companies can launch investment products linked to real estate, private equity, private credit, startups, intellectual property, collectibles and other real-world assets through their own branded investment platform or by integrating Lympid’s infrastructure via API.
